
The Add Hierarchical Category feature allows the association of books to a specific category. Default categories are available and new categories can be added.
The default categories for the Knowledge Builder Developer are shown in the following table:
Category |
Description |
Site Documents |
Contains documents that pertain to a specific site or area. |
Process Documents |
Contains documents that instruct how to define, configure, and operate systems, which mostly pertain to activities and not a specific location. |
Plant Maintenance |
Contains documents that describe procedures/methods to do both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. |
Troubleshooting |
Contains documents that describe procedures/methods to troubleshoot problems. |
TIP If a default category does not have a book associated with it, that default category will not be listed in the final bookset. |
The following procedure is used to select and define the Add Hierarchical Category:

Click the Add -> Hierarchical Category. The Add Hierarchical Category screen appears. |

Either select an existing category in the Available categories list or type a new category name in the Category name text box. Note: Items in the Available categories |
